In order to create a consistent identity for Beverīna Municipality, we developed a brand management strategy and visual identity for Beverīna Municipality. Various sources and methods were used to develop the strategy ranging from researching various documents, data and media, through to surveys, interviews and creative group work sessions. We conducted modelling for the attributes of Beverīna Minucipality identity, a SWOT analysis and PEST analysis. As a result of this study, the nucleus for Beverīna Municipality’s identity was developed, as well as the brand’s role, promise, vision, personality and communication tone. We developed the district’s visual identity, logo and slogan: Three Kinds of Power. At the conclusion of the project, we also developed the brand introduction and monitoring methodology and guidelines how to start and managing the brand.
